How egg spawns actually work

Normal eggs spawn around the map and are free to grab — you are not buying them. Each spawn has a short window (video guides report around 20 seconds) before it disappears, which is why a fast pet matters even when you are farming money. Eggs reset on roughly an 8-minute cycle, and the in-game Index shows how many of each egg are currently on the map.

Route advice and the Black Hole / Cherub hunt are covered in the egg locations guide, the two Ethereal eggs have their own Ethereal eggs guide, and the odds maths behind a 1-in-N chance is in the luck guide.
